A Commercial Property Insurance policy will cover the building you’re located in, as well as the contents of your building, including light fixtures, office equipment, furniture, computers and more.

For example, there’s a small fire in your building.  It doesn’t cause significant damage, but it’s large enough to trigger the sprinklers.  Between the fire and the water damage, most of your instruments and other items held for sale are completely destroyed.
