The Event

This client, both a commercial and personal insured, experienced a tornado loss to his home. The damage was extensive to the roof, requiring a complete replacement.

How We Solved It

The claims process was initiated by reporting it to the account manager at CoverLink. At that time, the claims manager for Cincinnati Insurance Company was contacted and immediately responded by contacting the insured. All the appropriate measures were taken so that the insured would not be displaced from their home. Fortunately, the home was relatively new, and the original roof installer was able to begin immediate repairs, quickly returning the home to pre-loss conditions.
