The Event

One of the company drivers was involved in an accident while operating a company owned truck. All vehicles involved were total losses and injuries were sustained by both vehicle operators. Once it was realized that none of the injuries were life-threatening, the primary focus turned to the claims process and properly caring for our client and claimant.

How We Solved It

The client had never experienced such an adverse event, and it was our role to advise them on the next steps. Because we maintained such a close relationship with the client, the client was able to reach one of our associates immediate. With a constant line of communication through the whole process and a sensitivity to the catastrophic loss, we were able to restore their assets, in a timely manner.
